Ordering, Shipping & Processing
The shop does not accept returns or exchanges. Aethyr Art does not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit. All items are packed and sealed securely. In addition, Aethyr Art does not accept responsibility for lost packages. An investigation should be opened up with USPS as soon as possible.
Please double check and confirm your contact info and address are correct at checkout. If you realize your information is wrong after ordering, be sure to contact us as soon as possible for it to be corrected. All packages that are returned back are not eligible for refund or re-shipment.
Order processing time is no more than 7 days, and is subject to change depending on order volume. Orders that have already been marked as shipped are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
All packages are sent via USPS first class mail. You will receive notification when your package has been shipped and when a tracking number becomes available. We ship to the 50 United States.

Handmade Jewelry

All jewelry is made using trusted, allergen free materials. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding materials used. Wire wrapped jewelry is prone to becoming misshapen and dented, and jewelry made with stretch cord or fishing line can become stretched out over time. To ensure your jewelry stays in the best condition, it is recommended that you remove and store in a safe place before bed, playing sports, and exercise. Limit prolonged exposure to water and harsh substances. Keep in mind that some materials are more sensitive than others. The jewelry should be gently washed when needed.
